Very tasty, very nice service

With our wedding party (24 people) we held our sparkling wine reception here in the Mainz pavilion and had finger food provided. The team was very friendly and courteous, they built a pavilion for us and lovingly decorated it. The finger food was wonderful. In advance, we discussed ideas with Mr. Vollrath and were able to adapt them to our wishes. Our guests and we had a nice breather there. We would recommend it to everyone! We were here today for the Christmas party from the Warmuth taxi company here in the Capponiere in the Egapark and were thrilled. The location is very cozy and stylish. The food was delicious and the service was very personable and courteous. All thumbs up! The only drawback: Longer opening times would be great, but that is complaining at the highest level.

For a family celebration exactly the right location. One gets closer and is far away from the hustle and bustle. Next door is the Egapark and here the children can really let off steam.

Rustic food and excellent wines. Great service. Historical dinner with program recommended.

Chapeau! Dear Team of the Caponniere. We wanted to thank you in this way again for the implementation of our wedding in mid-September. From the first conversation to the day of our wedding, we always felt very well advised , The service and the kitchen have done a very good job and despite the almost 75 guests have spent with us an unforgettable afternoon / evening in the Caponniere. We'll see each other with a delicious wine and a tasty meal.

Delicious food, great atmosphere. Good and attentive service. We had reserved for 5 people. The weather was great and we could sit outside. Even if we had to wait a bit, it worked well with food and drinks. There were all tables occupied. Too bad I think the toilet is outside. That may go in the summer but when it gets fresh and you have to walk inside out it's stupid. That's why 1 star deduction.

Nice ambience, sat outside on a nice day. Nice service. Food was not exceptional but OK. Reasonable prices.

I was with a large rice group guest in the restaurant. We were received very polite. The very well prepared food has my guests and I really liked. What I do not want to leave unmentioned: We were 31 guests and each guest could previously choose from a three-course menu individually. So there was a great challenge for waiter staff - 31 different combinations. For me 5 stars and thumbs up.

Baguette for salad best case from the previous day. Undefinable bit, was dismissed by the waitress as paprika. 4 service staff with 8 occupied tables fully utilized. Well wanted, badly done ...

Service very friendly, the food is excellent, with small children to be recommended.

Yesterday we were at the Jugendweihe celebration. It was very nice with them. We will come back for dinner. We liked it very much . You can just recommend the Caponniere restaurant.

This park is a feast for the eyes. The skill and the enormous work deserve highest recognition!

The location is very nice. Great for weddings, company anniversaries and larger birthdays. Despite a large number of people, pleasant temperature, since old stone building. There was music and possibility to use the beamer. If you are looking for an appointment where there is an event on the Ega, you have something to look at.

Good cafe - ideal if you want to sit down and relax while visiting the EGA.
